These only activate when you explicitly connect a service or trigger an action. Nothing runs in the background without your knowledge.

Team chat syncyour supabase
If you use the Team workspace, chat messages sync to your own Supabase project so team members can communicate. This is your database — we don't have access to it.

Shared invoices & quotesyour supabase
When you share a Freelance Hub invoice link, the invoice data is stored in your Supabase database so clients can view and confirm payment. No one else can access it.

Google / Gmail integrationopt-in
If you connect your Google account, we read your inbox and can send emails on your behalf — only when you explicitly trigger it. OAuth tokens are stored locally only. You can disconnect at any time in Settings → Connected Apps.

AI assistant (Bloom AI)opt-in
When you use AI features, your prompt and relevant context (tasks, events) is sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate a response. We don't store this on our servers. See Anthropic's privacy policy.

Stripe (payment status checks)opt-in
When you check whether a client has paid an invoice, the app queries the Stripe API using your own Stripe key. No payment card data ever passes through our systems.

Use advertising trackers, pixels, or fingerprinting
Install analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, PostHog, Google Analytics, etc.)
Read your tasks, notes, or boards on our end
Record keystrokes or take screenshots in the background
Sell or share your data with advertisers or data brokers
