By downloading, installing, or using Bloombooard, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
BloomBoard ("we", "us", "our") is an independent macOS productivity application built and operated from the United Arab Emirates. Designed for professionals, freelancers, and growing teams, BloomBoard brings task management, goal tracking, AI assistance, team collaboration, and connected productivity tools into a single focused workspace.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Bloombooard. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are using the app on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Bloombooard on your Mac devices, subject to your compliance with these Terms and the plan you are on.

Prices may change. You will be notified before any changes affect your active subscription. All paid plans include a 7-day free trial.

BloomBoard integrates with third-party services that have their own terms and privacy policies. By using these integrations, you also agree to their respective terms:
We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of these third-party services.
You own all content you create in Bloombooard (tasks, notes, boards, etc.). We do not claim any ownership over your data. For details on how data is handled, see our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for maintaining backups of your local data. We are not liable for data loss due to device failure, accidental deletion, or app uninstallation.
You agree not to use Bloombooard to:
Bloombooard is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements. AI-generated content may be inaccurate — always review before using.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Bloombooard, including but not limited to data loss, lost profits, or business interruption.
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Bloombooard if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it and cancelling your subscription.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the app or email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the UAE, unless otherwise required by applicable local consumer protection law.
