1 About BloomBoard

BloomBoard is made by MyBloomBoard ("we", "us", "our"), an independent software company based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. BloomBoard is a productivity app for Mac and Windows, with an iPhone app on the way. Designed for professionals and growing teams, BloomBoard brings task management, goal tracking, AI assistance, team collaboration, and connected productivity tools into a single focused workspace.

2 Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use BloomBoard. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are using the app on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms.

3 License to Use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use BloomBoard on your devices, subject to your compliance with these Terms and the plan you are on.

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Redistribute or resell the app or any part of it
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Share your account or sign-in details with others (each paid seat is for one person)

How you get access. Paid plans are linked to the email address you use when you start your trial or buy on our website. Sign in to the BloomBoard app with that same email and your plan unlocks automatically. License keys from older purchases remain valid for the plan they were bought for.

4 Plans and Pricing

BloomBoard is available on the following plans:

Prices are in US dollars and may change for new subscriptions. The prices above are founding prices: if we raise prices for new customers, your subscription keeps the price you signed up at for as long as it stays active on the same plan and billing period. If you cancel, or change plan or billing period, the price at that time applies. Bloom starts with a 7-day free trial and Team with a 14-day free trial. Unlimited Bloom AI includes up to 1,500 AI requests a day per account. This daily cap protects against automated misuse and keeps the service fast for everyone. Starting a trial on our website needs only your email address, and when it ends you move to the Free plan unless you buy. A trial started through checkout asks for a payment method and turns into your paid plan when it ends, unless you cancel before then.

5 Billing and Cancellation

Payments are processed securely by Polar (polar.sh), our merchant of record. By subscribing to a paid plan:

• You authorise recurring billing at the selected interval (monthly or yearly). Your plan renews automatically and your payment method is charged at the start of each new billing period until you cancel
• If you started a trial through checkout, your first charge is when the trial ends, unless you cancel before then
• You can cancel at any time, and access continues until the end of the billing period
• See our refund policy at mybloomboard.app/refund.
• If you cancel a trial before it ends, you will not be charged

6 Third-Party Integrations

BloomBoard integrates with third-party services that have their own terms and privacy policies. By using these integrations, you also agree to their respective terms:

• Google (Gmail & Calendar): Google Terms of Service
• Microsoft (Outlook & Calendar): Microsoft Services Agreement
• Anthropic (Claude AI): Anthropic Terms
• OpenAI (Whisper voice transcription): OpenAI Terms of Use
• Supabase (Authentication): Supabase Terms of Service
• Polar (payments, merchant of record): Polar Terms

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of these third-party services.

7 Your Data

You own all content you create in BloomBoard (tasks, notes, boards, etc.). We do not claim any ownership over your data. For details on how data is handled, see our Privacy Policy.

If you use BloomBoard without signing in, your data is stored only on your device and you are responsible for backing it up. We are not liable for data loss due to device failure, accidental deletion, or app uninstallation.

8 Acceptable Use

You agree not to use BloomBoard to:

• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or any third-party service
• Introduce malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Misuse the AI features to generate illegal, hateful, or harmful content

9 Disclaimers

BloomBoard is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, so always review it before using it.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of BloomBoard, including but not limited to data loss, lost profits, or business interruption.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

11 Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to BloomBoard if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it and cancelling your subscription.

12 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the app or email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the UAE, unless otherwise required by applicable local consumer protection law.
