Flow is built for freelancers managing up to 10 clients — smart pricing, client portal, asset delivery, and revision tracking. Bloom adds unlimited clients, AI-generated proposals and contracts, auto-invoicing, and the full payment suite. Both include a 7-day free trial.
Does it work offline? Is my data stored in the cloud?+
BloomBoard is local-first — all your data lives on your Mac. No cloud sync, no account required for the core app. Asset Delivery files are the only exception (uploaded via Cloudflare R2 for client sharing), and they auto-delete after 3 days.
How does the Client Portal work for my clients?+
Each client gets a unique shareable link — no login required. They can view project progress, download files, approve deliverables, and see invoices. Everything is timestamped and IP-tracked for your protection.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Absolutely. Cancel from your Polar dashboard at any time — no questions asked. Your data stays on your Mac regardless. The Free plan is always available to fall back to.
